Its tough giving vape stores in Massachusetts a decent review. It's not entirely the stores fault. If you live in Massachusetts you know why, the 75% sales tax on all vape items and accessories. Aside from that it's a good location across from the Imperial dealership so getting in and out is a breeze. Not a specialty store per-say but they try to keep specific items in stock if you request them. Specialty vape stores are known for selling individual coils, ordering multiple brands of juices and supports the mods with accessories that are designed for them. That's a tough thing to do in MA. as most people don't mind driving out of state to get the flavors they like. Massachusetts banned all flavors, instead everything is "Tobacco" flavored with a hint of other flavors. This literally killed sales in MA which most stores will tell you so they offset the dive in sales with other things like grow supplies or a fair bong selection. The owners will still work with you, they try to help as much as they can but unfortunately that's a common trait in vape stores across the state.

Went in looking for a battery with very specific features. The guy in the store didn't seem very knowledgeable but he assured me that the one he was recommending did everything I needed and more. And he gave me a few bucks off the labeled price. When I got around to trying it a few hours later, not only did it not do what he told me it would but it didn't work with my coil at all because it wasn't capable of the wattage output that I very clearly told him I needed. Drive an extra mile or two and go somewhere with staff that has a clue about what they are selling.

Been here a few times, first time I went in they didn't have the cigar of my choice. By the time I left the owner ordered two boxes and has always had them each time I go back. Nice shop!

I've been here multiple times and it's always the same gentleman working. He is always friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about all the products they sell. I asked about a particular brand of cigarettes and he had them the next day for me@!@
