I never write Google reviews and I’ve been a customer at this store for years. The girl who is normally there wasn’t there and there was another lady with glasses that helped me and I say helped lightly. She didn’t greet me when I came in, I was trying to ask her multiple questions and was getting barely to no response. I love the red haired girl and the gentleman, always a great time when I see them. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what but I came in Saturday, sat on it and decided to write this review. They are still the BEST spot in Newton and the red haired girl (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name) are seriously awesome. They go above and beyond.

The man who works here is very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, the woman who works here is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I threw away a couple of empty Dunkin’ coffee cups in the trash bin, and she snapped at me saying, “I’m the one who has to take the trash out, so don’t do that.” It was just a few empty cups, and her reaction felt completely unnecessary. This is not the first time she has treated me this way. What makes it worse is that I’ve seen her be very polite and friendly to other customers, which made me feel singled out and uncomfortable. I don’t know if it’s racism or something else, but the inconsistency in how customers are treated is unacceptable. The place is also very expensive for the level of service. Highly not recommended.

Just want to say as an EXPERIENCED smoker they have everything you can think of down to just the basics and the red head and gentleman that work that are truly some of the best people I’ve met and I meet a lot of people in this business. Keep it up guys

The worker was helpful assisting me with what I need. He took the time to explain the different selections and prices. Also took the time to have a personable conversation after the transaction to make me feel like I wasn't just another customer. I will definitely be back.

Stopped by here on the way to work and was met with the loveliest staff! Dev was amazing and truly took the time to understand what I needed. This will definitely be my new spot, Thanks Dev!
