I arrived at the location at 8:59, only to find the door closing right in front of me. The staff member walked out, making it clear they were closed despite the stated hours of 9:30. I won't be returning. Fix your hours or close when you’re supposed to this is why small businesses lose money.

Prices are far better than the smoke shops local to me (cape cod) staff are very knowledgeable and friendly! Highly recommend!

This place has gone downhill I guess. I used to buy all my accessories here (and thousands of $$ on glass) but I just bought a vape pen that stopped working all of a sudden less than a week after I bought it. No returns, no exchanges, no troubleshooting or help at all just tough shit better luck next time. If you don't stand behind the products you sell then why are you a company and why do you sell these products? I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. What a shame.

No exchanges on super stale wraps is kinda crazy. Spent like $16 and they were all brittle and stale. Don’t buy any high hemps or nattys till they replace their stock

I have been here a few times and will only go to this shop now . The staff has been very helpful and friendly , also very funny . All four times I was in the shop it has been a different worker . They are all very cool . The place is clean and they have a very nice selection of vape products . If you are looking for bongs , wrops , cigars , vape products they have a very nice selection. I will definitely be back again and again . It's refreshing being in a store that you can laugh and joke a little bit . This place is great . Would definitely recommend.
