Norwood Vape and Smoke

Only complaint is they’re never open when the hours they have posted on google show. They’re open anywhere between 8:30-9:20 so don’t try to hit this place up before work. It will be a hit or a miss and a wasted trip.

I have spent so much money here, but 9 times out of 10, if I buy a Crave vape, it leaks. The owner will make you feel stupid for returning NOT EVEN 24 hours later with a faulty vape that was $30…and will argue and fight back even when you show the leaking device.. and I know he knows my face because I’m constantly complaining. The last straw was when I bought a different brand of vape, Smok, and the flavor was gone after a few puffs and it tasted burnt. I went in yet again with no luck and left the vape there and walked out. Stop selling BS products and stop acting surprised when customers return for a new one or their money back. They’re vapes, sometimes it happens, but it shouldn’t be happening as often as it does. Just don’t go here. Drive the extra 5 minutes to Walpole.

This little shop had exactly what I was looking for hallelujah however for such a crowded shop, I could’ve done without the five or six Village elders and their sandals from hovering over me, but all in all Norwood vape and smoke get a thumbs up from this Google location adviser

Fake vapes are sold here. Do not trust any Crave branded products you see in here. That’s all I use, so I can’t speak to the legitimacy of the other products but the Craves are definitely 100% fake. If you value your health at all, do not buy vapes from here. I used to go here a lot because it’s close-by to me, but I eventually caught on that something wasn’t right. It’s crazy to me, because ppl who vape will inevitably buy more so why not just sell the real thing? It’s simply greed and lack of care. If I were them, I’d fix this problem before someone gets them shut down. I’m considering filing a report myself. Disgusting business mindset here. Shame on them

Place has so many different options and products, but every time I go in to get refills on whatever i need they take a quick look and say sorry we are out of stock on that but we will be receiving those within a day or two, so ill come back 7 days later and they say the same thing . The bottom line is they need to buy a book for Dummies on how to order and place their products or hire people that truly want to do what they are hired to do. A couple of employees act like OMGOODNESS your asking me to do my job how dare you. To be fair, they also have 2 other employees who are so polite and professional and seem happy to help. I apologize for rambling on.
