Great selection, friendly staff but they are rarely open at posted business hours.

As a loyal customer for over 4 years, I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I purchased a vape that was defective right out of the box. While the store eventually allowed me to replace it, they warned it would be ‘the last time.’ They also said I’m now required to open and test products in the store before leaving. This is not only inconvenient but also unreasonable. Testing products in-store isn’t always practical, and it shifts the burden of their quality control failures onto the customer. Massachusetts law (Chapter 93A) protects consumers from unfair practices, and all products should meet the implied warranty of merchantability. I expected better service and accountability. After this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and recommend others do the same.

Awesome place. I just wish they would switch something out for you if it doesn't work. They are not too keen on replacing things. I've also purchased a mini torch for about $3. And it didn't work. And they wouldn't replace it. Other than that this is my go to place for disposables and such

This is a gem of a cigar shop. Selection of brands is excellent. A whole wall of very clean humidors. Display is easy to find what your looking for. And varied enough to try some new things for a casual smoker. Prices are right on the mark.

The store is mediocre at best, they have some of the supplies I need, however, the owner who works there is probably one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. Not realizing that I understand Hindi, Paul the owner swore at me for absolutely no reason under his breath even though I’m a regular customer. I walk in and he’s sitting there on the phone which is fine but after seeing me walk in he continues his conversation for another 10 minutes while I stood there politely waiting for him at the counter only to get sworn at. Overall bad experience, never shopping here again there are much better and cheaper places.
