Vape City Smoke Shop

Absolutely my favorite vape shop. Not bc of the owner or the actual store it’s self but for the two girl that work the front. Absolutely amazing. They remember there customers, there constantly there. The store would not run with out them. There truly amazing people and make the environment so worth going to!!!! This is to the owner. Y’all need to give them a good pay bump bc with out them, you would not have a successful business!!!!

This place is hands down the worst vape shop I’ve ever been to. Walking in, the vibe is depressing — shelves look half empty, products are outdated, and nothing feels stocked or organized. You’d think a vape shop would keep up with new flavors, devices, and coils, but nope… Vape City never has anything. The “selection” is always the same tired junk that nobody actually wants, and half the time they’re out of even the basics. It’s like they don’t care to update their inventory or keep customers happy. And don’t even get me started on the staff. The employee working here is flat-out rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to help, they act annoyed if you ask a question, like you’re bothering them for expecting decent service. I’ve been brushed off more than once, and you can tell they couldn’t care less if you shop there or not. Customer service is nonexistent — no listening, no effort, no respect. The few products they do have are cheap, low-quality, and way overpriced. I bought something here once, and it broke down in less than a week. When I asked about it, I was basically told “too bad.” No return policy, no accountability — just attitude. Why should customers have to pay premium prices for garbage products and deal with rude service on top of it? Save yourself the frustration and skip Vape City altogether. You are so much better off going to Walpole Vape & Smoke Shop (only 7 minutes away!). They actually care about their customers, have way better selections, and keep things updated. At least over there you’ll find what you need without being treated like a nuisance. Bottom line: Vape City is horrible. Bad selection, rude staff, overpriced junk, and zero customer service. Don’t waste your time or money here.

This place is a joke. The shelves are always empty, and the vape selection hasn’t been updated in forever. It’s like they stopped trying a long time ago. Christian, the owner, clearly doesn’t care. I came in needing help and he was just glued to his phone the entire time. Didn’t say a word, didn’t even look up. Super unprofessional and honestly just rude. Also, it’s hard not to notice the fake 5-star reviews. You can tell he’s writing them himself to cover up how bad the store actually is. Nothing about this shop deserves that kind of rating. Waste of time. I’m not coming back.please

i’m a real customer that went to this shop! do not let the owner let you think otherwise! REAL review right here so please take some responsibility shop owner! the place was amazing until the guy with the beard showed up. now it’s always a really bad experience here. The shop is constantly out of stock and the vape selection is never updated. Shelves are half empty and it feels like no one’s putting any effort into keeping the store running right. The owner, Christian, is not good at his job at all. Today he spent the entire time on his phone while I was clearly standing there needing help. Didn’t even look up or acknowledge me — just ignored it completely. Also, it’s pretty obvious that a lot of the 5-star reviews on here are fake. You can tell Christian writes them himself to make the store look better than it really is. If this place was actually good, he wouldn’t have to do that. I won’t be coming back. This shop is unprofessional and not worth anyone’s time.

First time customer here and I just wanted to say that the woman working behind the counter was beyond helpful with everything, very courteous, and funny! Not to mention the store had a great selection of anything you could possibly need. I’ll be coming back!
