Pros: Professional knowledgable staff. Cons: Prices are high. Maybe move and lose some sq footage to save on rent to lower prices? King Smoke Shop offers a positive customer experience with a knowledgeable and helpful team. The staff is efficient and focused, providing excellent service. The older gentleman, possibly the owner, is polite, reserved, and patient. The younger woman is exceptionally helpful, sweet, and demonstrates impressive product knowledge. She fosters a welcoming environment, encouraging respectful interactions. The tall guy is reserved, respectful friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, King Smoke Shop is a great place to shop.

Don't shop there save your money! Priceses change according to the customer! Blonde girl rude and very nasty! Tall night man the rudest! Does not want to sell you quantity of anything you can only buy 2 of something! Prices go up when they want to change it per customer! The older man don't voice any concerns nothing gets done! DONT SHOP THERE!!!!!!!!

Great prices and friendly service. Good selection of tobacco products. Closest smoke shop to Dedham. Been going here for years and I've never been disappointed.

Went in here looking for a new battery as I was having a "low ohm's" reading (found out new coils were sub ohm), the woman was nice and tried to be helpful. Issue was the unit she suggested does NOT come with one, you have to buy it separately and they had none in stock! REALLY?!?!? Ended up buying a kit, (SMOK $50), battery and 2 disposable tanks. Can't try them until you have juice in them. Got home, filled them and one works, one reads low ohm's. Went back a couple days later and was told by the guy "sometimes you get a bad one". I asked if he would replace the defective one? He said he wouldn't but would sell me a 3 pack of replacement cartridges for $22 but since I paid cash, he'd give it to me for $20. At the price I paid for the kit, not what I would call customer service.

Guy behind the counter is super helpful when setting you up with a new rig or any questions you have hes very knowledgable as well. You won't be disappointed. Of course you can get stuff cheaper on line but you know what you are getting when going there. Great place
