Very rude. Also had no clue of what they actually carry in stock

Purchased a vape and it leaked everywhere and would spit oil every time a pull was taken. I went back to the store within an hour and they would not exchange or refund me . Totally wrong no matter what their “policy” is. This is one of the reasons everytime you go in there it’s a ghost town .

I got great guidance from Rachel on a non-nicotine vape oil that comes close to caramel taste without being flavored. Thank you!!

I don't really know anything about vaping. Anyway, I was sold the wrong coils by a different store who wouldnt accept them back for a return or even exchange. Vape City had my back, though. They exchanged them for the correct ones at no charge. Very helpful gal in there. Had to give props. Ty for putting up with me and cluelessness, and helping me out.

Went there for the third time to buy the same vape Unit. From the store. When I get it back home I had it plugged in for over 10 hours and it’s still had a red LED light on. So I went. To return it. She kept saying it was working. I tried to explain to her when it’s a green light. It’s fully charged and that hasn’t happened yet at all. It’s not working correctly. Again I said to her if it’s working correctly, it would be a green light and it would be fully charged again, she kept saying, but is it working?Anyway I bought another one. She gave me 15% off. Women has a serious attitude can’t believe she wouldn’t give me a switch out never go there again. extremely poor service would never recommend this place!!!!!!! oh, and by the way, the second one I bought from her I brought home plugged it in half hour light was green!!
