Absolutely love this store, have since my 1st time in it. I've been in other Wild Bills locations around Michigan and this one is by far my favorite. The staff is always ready to help and they make you feel valued as a customer. Shout-out to Chase, hes the man!

Sean (who needs a raise) was very knowledgeable and helpful and he saved me a few dollars and up sold me as well. But it was well worth it. He is awesome.. 12 out of 10 ⭐'s.

Sean is the coolest! He’s super knowledgeable and easy to talk to! Always has a smile on his face and greets me with a pleasant hello! If it’s possible, he needs a raise asap!!

Asia, the store associate, was extremely helpful and very friendly. The manager was also very cordial. They have a great selection of scented candles and Christmas mugs. The mugs are unique and huge priced at $9.99. I bought two Ice Breakers Mint scented candles at 2 for $5. Come on in and say hi to Asia.

I had such a great experience at Wild Bill’s Smoke Shop in Ann Arbor thanks to Asia! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such a friendly smile and positive energy that instantly made the visit better. She took the time to help me pick out a new vape I had never tried—or even heard of before—and I ended up loving it! Usually when I stop by, it’s the same routine with the regular staff, but having Asia there was a refreshing change. She went above and beyond to make sure I left happy and confident in my purchase, which honestly made my whole day. Employees like her are rare—she brings great customer service, genuine kindness, and real product knowledge to the store. You guys should definitely keep her around… and if anyone deserves a raise or recognition, it’s her.
