Bought a Greek Bar Pulse X on March 3rd at 2:24 PM, on March 5th around 11 pm the vape stopped working (Wild Bills is now closed) , it had 87% charge and was not hitting like usual .. all of a sudden it starts blinking , nothing is working. So I take it in around 10:30 AM on now the March 6th, let them know all of this, never had an issue with it, she tells me it’s dead, I tell her there’s no way because it was at 87% charge and just stopped working so at this point there’s something wrong with the battery, it’s not hitting properly but because she “sees smoke” she’s making all the faces on the phone with the manager Emily, they tell me it has to be within 48 hours. Although the website does not say that, it says 72 - she points it out on the receipt and tells me there’s nothing Emily wants to do. So, here I am left with a vape I bought not even 72 hours ago from this store- they won’t even exchange it, I had my receipt and box with it. I have come here for 10 years now and I will never come back.!! How rude, the girl speaking to Emily didn’t even relay what I told her to, to the manager..a vape doesn’t just die with 87% battery life on it, which means the device is defective.. all I wanted was the same vape just a different one because even if she charges it, there’s still something wrong with hardware in it!

Staff is friendly and consistent. The store always have what I'm looking for in stock, and the same lady always knows what I'm coming in to get. Without being a major population center this store also has a good amount of variety.

Emily is the best cashier, she is so informative and attentive to everyone and she makes me feel so welcome everytime. I would give her 10/10 every time.

Amazing staff! Brittnee, Carly, Emily and the others are super friendly. They know your names and what you buy. Always there to help you. Store is always clean and stocked for what I want.

Carly is a great accent to Wild Bills. If I have questions she is very knowledgeable on items in the store. I've visit this store when I am in town on several occasions and she greets everyone with a warm welcoming smile. I also might add this store is very clean and well organized. Thank you
