Smoker's Palace II

I Purchased 4 Raz LTX vapes for $72.02 after getting home I went to open one to find the sealed package full of liquid. I returned immediately due to them closing in a half hour. When I returned my expectation was to get a replacement. Most places have a rule that they have to be inspected in store because people try to return used vapes. However I've never had any trouble swapping a still packaged vape. They denied a swap saying that they've had problems in the past. Apparently I must have resealed the package? Very disappointing. Seems like a dumb hill to die on. a 13 something dollar vape to loose out on 140 plus dollars in sales, I purchase 8 vapes from this location a month. Will not be Returning or recommending. Seems like bad business.

Very nice gentleman who works here their vapes are 3 to $5 cheaper than anywhere else he offered to Open the box for me cuz I had just got my nails done made sure I tested the vape and everything before I left the store which I thought was really nice of him

This is my spot!! They sell Kratom(and other stuff, but that's what's important to me) here for a bit cheaper than the other shops around. The employees/owner is always nice and polite, I have never ever had a bad experience. I would go as far as to call him a good acquaintance/new friend because I go in so often lol. But I digress, we always chat a little, he's very informative about his products and I actually look forward to my weekly visits. I recommend coming.

Very polite and helpful. Watched Gary take an older gentleman his carton of cigs and take his money as well as change. Gary even stated he was looking for his blue car. Any place that will go that far for someone is amazing. Well done Gary
