Super sweet store! Staff is always really nice, Justin and Austin always help me find really cool stuff and are very knowledgeable on what they are selling. They have super cool glassware and every time I go in there I’m getting a deal on something I’m buying.

They never have my pods in stock. I bought my vape from them and Wild Bills all around the region consistently never had the pods in stock for the vapes that they sell, and it's been like this for many many years. I'm done giving this chain my money and I'll be buying my pods online (Wild Bills doubles the price of pods in the store anyway) and getting juice from somewhere else. Fix the supply chain because pods were the only thing that brought me into the store in the first place, when I often made pricey purchases for juice and other items. Now I have no reason to go there.

Justin is always a friendly, familiar face — it’s like catching up with a best friend every time I walk in. I usually come in saying, “Hey there, Wild Bill’s fam!” and he always laughs and immediately helps me with my Kratom and vape purchases. He’s genuine, helpful, and remembers the little things that make customers feel appreciated. I know tobacco shops aren’t selling the cure for cancer, but I really do believe they’re helping people make healthier choices. Vapes have helped many move away from traditional tobacco use, which I see as a big positive for the community. And Kratom, for me personally, has been a natural, plant-based alternative that’s helped with anxiety and stress management — without relying on heavy pharmaceutical products. Justin and the team always keep me informed about specials, deals, and upcoming sales. There’s also another great guy there — I haven’t learned his name yet, but he has that sharp buzz-on-the-sides, long-on-top haircut. He’s a fantastic addition to the Belleville crew and brings great energy every time I stop in. I travel a lot and visit Wild Bill’s locations all over, but this one in Belleville is special. I stopped in to get a celebratory cigar for my brother having his baby. The staff (Brittany) was very helpful with selection. I dont smoke, she was very knowledgeable and kind. She assisted me with everything I needed. Top tier service 10/10
