Tobbaco Outfitters/Freshwater Vapor

The owner suggested I go up here for the selection. So today I took the 45 minute trip and I wasnt disappointed. They even carried my favorite cigar a oliva series v Melanio I told the man at the counter that ill be back hope they will continue to have this cigar.

The service here is amazing. I came in and was instantly greeted by the employee, Justin. He knows his stuff and was able to answer every question I had. He was very polite and smiled the whole time. 10/10 some of the best customer service I’ve ever received.

Came into the store and was instantly greeted by a voice from somewhere in the store. Soundly friendly, I started browsing vape and smoking products. I hear what sounds like a ladder or stool snapping into place and up Pops Allie. This little 5 foot flat lady was extremely helpful and new her stuff when it came to products. You may not always see her but she is always there to help.

I was new to tobacco outfitters but I can say I will definitely return the customer service I received from Justin was fantastic. He helped me find everything I was looking for and even suggested items for me if what I wanted wasn't there he is overall very friendly and knowledgeable about the products he gave me great recommendations!

Everytime I have been into Tobacco Outfitters it's always very clean and well stocked. Justin is always very helpful, very friendly, and knowledgeable about all areas of the store, and I really like to see how he takes his time with every customer. Keep up the good work great employee!
