Wild Bill's Tobacco

I want to give a big shout out to Wild Bills tobacco in Big Rapids Michigan, Raquel and Zach were the sweetest, they were so kind and helpful (they need a raise) lol. I'll for ever be a fan of Wild Bills Tabacco and my store regular store (home) is Fremont Michigan but thanks to those two employees I'm now comfortable enough to want to go to they're store when I need something. Im an avid vape smoker and only a certain one so when I walked in and looked around and how clean and organized they were I knew I was at the right place. I want to say thank you to Wild Bills Tabacco for always having my back 🤷‍♀️👌🤪

One of the best business in the industry, wish we could have done it like they are doing it. Everyone is friendly, helpful and jumping at the opportunity to give you some of the best customer service I've ever experienced.

When I entered the store I was greeted with a smile. Trent was very attentive and helped me make the best choice for me. He made suggestions that would fit what I liked as if he knew me. Thank you Trent for the best service I have ever had in a smoke shop! I will be returning for all my needs!

Trent is freaking awesome! Always full of energy and very knowledgeable about Wild Bills Selection of products. Is theres an issue like what I had going on. He goes above and beyond to solve it :)
