I was happy to see a smoke shoppe that was close to home. My first and only visit was disappointing. Very poor customer service given by the man working. He wasn’t friendly, he didn’t like answering questions, and frankly he was straight up rude in my opinion. I left there feeling upset and frustrated, because I was was happy to see a shop so close to home. I will continue to drive out of town.

They are usually very knowledgeable and helpful. I like to try different juices and they always recommend ones I end up liking. Only thing stopping me from giving five stars is that they are out of my coils most of the time and 3 mg juices that I want to try are out a lot. But I hate going into shops where the employees don't even use the products and can't give you any recommendations. Thats not the case here. They staff people that atleast can give you advice and recommend things based off your tastes.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever received. I went in and got a replacement glass for my tank, and I was told I could return it if it was not the right one, since the guy who sold it to me said they were not labeled right. I came back in not even 15 minutes later, and was then told I couldn't return it, and I never even used it. I just went in again tonight to purchase coils and realized I was given the wrong ones. I won't even bother returning them because I know NOTHING will be done about it anyways. Not to mention, I am usually treated very poorly, and I have had horrible experiences with one of the girls that works there, she's always super unfriendly and rude for no reason. I would give zero stars if I could. You're better off driving to Jackson instead where you get better service and cheaper prices. I have had zero problems with The Tobacco Shoppe's located in Jackson and Adrian, so this is very disappointing.

👀👀👀👀UPDATED👀👀👀👀 Very interesting to see a smoke shop like this right on main St in Brooklyn MI. Very curious to see how much traffic it gets when Race Weekend & Faster Horses happens this summer. I know others are upset a shop like this is in our little town but I'm a firm believer that this town needs to grow and start thinking about all the tourist that come to our town. Others wanted a new restaurant or more fast food but that would have been a terrible location for a new restaurant. I hope it works out and is ran better then the one in jackson. 🔥🔥🔥🔥UPDATE🔥🔥🔥🔥 Edited post only because I simply haven't been in inside yet but looks pretty well done from what I've seen) 🔥🔥🔥🔥UPDATED🔥🔥🔥🔥 Finally got to walk around inside a bit today. Karl was who served me and was super professional Great to speak with. Answered my questions in a very friendly matter and showed interest in educating customers. Definitely really cool pieces inside... worth the visit. 👌🗣💨
