Stacia was just a great person very nice helpful an very clam. I was kinda confused cuz I wanted to leave a tip cuz she did a amazing job but I couldn't tip her she really knows jobs . Hopefully one day I can leave a tip for her. I feel like she earned it

Went in today and new management is rude, I won't be back, crowns are 9 cents cheaper in Wellston where I live anyway, I'll go there from now on. And save the drive to Cadillac. Rob was the ONLY reason I came into this store. This new, well... old lady, is atrocious and shouldn't even still be employed with the company...

I am a regular customer and have always came back for 2 reasons. 1 is the store is clean and cared for. 2, the manager Rob is quick to greet me and give me his time like it’s what he wants to do, not have to do. Today, I see Stacia the old manager working. The store is dirty, dust on everything, rug dirty, the shelves are all a mess! There are card board boxes full of stuff on the floor I had to walk the other way to avoid. Ok, maybe a busy day, maybe. I have never once seen the store in this condition! The new manager, Stacia is very rude, maybe having a bad day, we all have them. But the attitude that she gave me and another customer yelling at both of us was a horrible experience that is far beyond a “hard day” be professional. Then what topped it off, there is some kid, maybe 6 or 7 sleeping on the floor. I can not continue to shop here anymore. She just ruined any further sales made by me. She is not ment to be in a position of management or customer service. I might consider returning if the old manager Rob was to come back or someone who cares like he does. This store is a mess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the most amazing experience at Sweet Fire Tobacco in Cadillac. Emily was an absolute delight—she was so helpful and friendly. I was blown away by how well-stocked their vape products were; they had more flavors than I've ever seen anywhere else! The gentleman working there was also incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, giving me tons of great information about all the other products they carry. The service was truly top-notch, and I can't recommend this store enough. I'll definitely be back!

Great experience with this vape shop, Rob is very knowledgeable in all the products in store. I found the best disposable vape pen there (fire bar) tobacco flavor. Tried other tobacco flavored vape pens, does not compare to to fire bar. Will continue to be a regular customer of Sweet fire tobacco of cadillac michigan.
