I've been coming for years and have always had excellent customer service. Today I was helped by Gary and he spent around ten minutes with me helping me find the items I needed and also helped me with coils and vape juice. The other two employees in the store bubble wrapped my items and wished me a good day as well. Thank you Charlotte wild bills and thank you Gary.

They always have my favorite flavors here and are super knowledgeable about disposables! Had a Monday on a Thursday and my brain was all scrambled, but they were patient and understanding. Chill guys, honestly. I like this location so much I'm willing to drive from grand ledge for the same products.

With the shortage of vapes it's been hard to find the kind I like. I've had to branch out and try many new brands, many of which I have gotten from Wild Bill's. The store carries a wide variety of products. Malaki was very helpful explaining the new products and helping me to choose a suitable product. I appreciate how knowledgeable the staff is and how willing they are to assist and answer questions.
