Guy at register was super rude. He Was super impatient, wouldn’t recommend the shop to anybody. Only went cause I needed some Za.
When the today at 6:45 once I pulled in an the lady seen me she hurried an ran to the door and locked it and turned the open light off. Tried to call an she wouldn't answer the phone.
Bought a 2-pack of Vaporesso pods here. Sealed package of 2 with a price sticker on it. Not meant to be opened & sold separately. When I bought it I was informed the price was double the sticker price as there were 2 in a pack. First time seeing this my entire life. Only purchased as I was DESPERATE for fresh pods. Will not return.
Walked in needing a specific item. After looking there were 2 that may have worked. After asking about it the manager, Julie, opened the item to ensure it would work with my products! She said "You have to make sure, what you are getting, will work with what you have, Right?" Couldn't agree more Julie!!! Kudos to you for ensuring your customers are satisfied! 5 out of 5!
I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received from Smoker's Club. It ended up being a one stop shop for me, which I was so appreciative of as I came in from out of town. The employee was friendly, knowledgable and very enthusiastic about helping me get everything I needed. I will definitely come back as I do visit frequently. I'm looking forward to visiting soon and knowing I won't need to shop multiple places to find the products I'm looking for. Also, the prices were such a bargain.
