Purchased a north vision that was over half dead out of the box 12/17/2025. Opened and showed the guy at the counter in front of him. and still charged me full price. That's the fastest way to lose a customer. I will never return to this shop, enjoy my 18 bucks it's the last money you get from me and I will spread the word. Edit the battery was full the vape juice was not. I was never offered a replacement I asked if I was stuck with it since I hit it and I was told yes. Say what you need to try and save your business but people will see your true colors on their own. If I was treated like this others will too and you will see that decline in business. Personally I won't come back because, while maybe it is a issue with north, it's how your company handles it that turned me off. Your business are a dime a dozen in Chesterfield.

I would not recommend this place. They have a no refund policy they will only tell you about it you try to return something. I went there to get a vape battery, the first one I bought did not turn on at all even with charging. I went back within 10 minutes to exchange it, this time making sure the battery worked. The employee had to test 4 batteries to find one that works as it should. By the third battery, I asked for a refund because I was no longer confident in these products. The dude said he could not give out refunds. I settled with exchanging for a battery that works. Days later the battery stopped working.

Drip is by far the best smoke shop in the area, The staff is amazing they can answer any questions you have. They have a wide selection of devices, disposables and glass. The prices are by far the best in the area. I highly recommended Drip.
