Both employees greeted me as soon as I came in. They were very friendly and offered to help me find anything I needed. Tyra, was extremely pleasant and helpful. She asked if I wanted to sign up for the rewards program, told me about the 10% off and the products it won't apply to. Great customer service!

Excellent customer service, asked for the cheapest pack and an honest mistake was made and found a pack cheaper. Love it. Clinton Township store on Groesbeck. Didn't catch the name but was joking about getting out of the cold and he suggested Jamaica. Great staff and atmosphere. Solid customer here for now on🤙🤙

First time visiting. Good cigar selection & reasonably priced. Staff was very friendly & knowledgeable when they recommended other cigars to try. Awesome staff. Will visit agin.

Made a quick stop into this location as I was headed home and in a rush I told Sal I needed melon berry juice and pods for my vape. After checkout I realized my mistake and asked if he could swap melon berry for mango berry. Without a second in-between his rely was "for you, Ill make it happen". Within seconds he grabbed what i needed, swap it in the system and had me on my way. Awesome work Sal! Thank you!

My favorite Wild Bills location is on Groesbeck! The staff is always personable, knowledgeable and they always keep me up to date on their specials. This store is always clean and organized. Today the item I normally buy was unavailable and he took the time to find me an alternative which I love!!! Top notch customer service!!
