Been going there for about a year. The young guy is super helpful and nice. Never ever had any issues there at all. Highly recommend if your in the area. (If you notice the bad reviews are typically 2+ years ago)

This shop sells to minors. In addition, they sell recreational nitrous oxide which is illegal in the state of Michigan. Be for warned that you have been reported to the state.

The young gentleman Was working behind the counter overcharged by credit card for four cigars, which should’ve been $70 charge my credit card 149.00 Be very careful. I called it now. They don’t pick up the phone and keep hanging up on me.

Went in to look at the humidor and cigar selection. Pretty sure the humidor is broke/ not property keeping humidity. The room was cooler than the rest of the store with at least two humidity packs in the room. The give away of the humidor not keeping proper humidity and temp is that my cigars are stale but one of them was from a sack on the floor so I’m honestly not shocked. The clerk seemed strung out and wasn’t much help in finding what I was looking for leaving me just to grab something cheap and figured a fiver was a fiver though in hindsight the by one get one half off should have been a red flag of having to move stock that’s been sitting. Next time probably will just take the extra time and drive to a specialty tobacconist in Rochester or Plymouth

I am very happy with how willing they are to work with customers that have product issues. Long story short, I had purchased a few bad bags of Kratom and not only did they let me exchange it but we opened multiple bags off of the shelf just to make sure I didn't get another bad bag. Props to Justin for taking care of a long-time customer!!
