Shyann the manager here is amazing. Meeting here at the smoke shop has been a amazing experience. She's funny and very outgoing going and willing to help find or get what your looking for. She's also easy to talk to. If I had my own business I'd hire her on the spot. The smoke shop is always a positive environment to walk into. Love stopping in there everyday. The employees there are very nice people. Highly recommend stopping in and checking them out they've got cool stuff for sale in store.

I got great service hair but the prices are a lot higher than what I'm used to EDIT: I know sometimes when it comes to prices it is out of your control so I have edited my review. One of the girls asked about my rings and where I got them and they came through a bath bomb company called fragrant jewels just in case she forgot i thought I would add that to my review as well since I cannot reply to your comment for whatever reason or message you directly because I don't know how all this works. I'm hopeless.

Love stopping in here for the welcoming environment as well as the friendly and helpful staff. Can definitely tell the positive turn around since new management. Shyann is so friendly, helpful, and understanding. Will recommend to everyone I know☺️

Stopped in , inadvertently to ask for directions.I do not smoke but Kris, the impeccable, effervescent manager was amicable and so pleasant to converse with that I spent a good 3/4 of an hour discussing the appeal of the store. The incense selection was mind blowing me back to my childhood days in Florida , smelling of the orange blossoms in bloom some 50 years ago. That was weird but, awesome. Been to Mexico and some of Central America as a civilian and when in the Navy and did smoke some Cuban Cigars while in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba and the Riviera Maya. Well, Kris showed me the well kept , humidified room with Cigars from a Nicaragua to Havana. If you enhance your smoke by way of an apparatus bong... There are copious enlightenments to light your way. Got hungry and not a huge selection of food items but, I did buy a bag of freeze dried confections that were used in space by the astronaut's. Far Out. Just moved to Crystal Falls 49920 3 months ago and very impressed by the mere ambiance of the store and the indelible impression I was left with exiting 45 minutes later. Kris was over the top , professional, gregarious and now somebody I like to know. Peace, everybody. Yoopers rock. Minnesota Golden Gopher's, too.
