Super friendly service. Always greeted with a smile and friendly hello. I called there to say where I was at and I was coming in but may be a couple minutes late and she told me she would stay there until I got there. I did manage to get there 5 minutes before closing. The service and prices are the best around.
Everyone is so welcoming and warm Ms Trina the manager is an absolute dream .. she’s very polite and helpful outgoing and sweet .. Highly highly recommend
Absolutely love the Escanaba store. Gladstone store not so much. The difference is nite and day. The people at the Escanaba store so helpful and full of information. At the Gladstone store you get "I dont know I dont smoke that brand" so helpful.... So avoid the Gladstone store and head to Escanaba.
Owners of this place are liars and thieves, they don't stand behind none of their products. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I purchased a faulty product and they gave me the run around even gave me a fake phone number to a smoke shop in Detroit called Cash and Carry which would have exchanged the faulty product no problem. I called multiple times and was given the run around everytime. Everything they told me to do I did, I contacted the breeze company and they said I should have no problem returning a faulty device to the retailer that sold it. Not Wild West tobacco they said you have to open the devices and try them in the store no matter how many you buy. So if you buy 3 or 4 at a time they expect you to open everyone of those up and try all of them in the store before you leave. So I would definitely suggest find a new smoke shop there is plenty of reputable smoke shops in our area with decent owners that will return a faulty device.
