V was extremely helpful and polite, years ago I made a purchase from Sweet fire Tabacco.I posted a negative post. I was angry and I felt I had been cheated. I tried to return a product, clearly the posted sigh stated no returns on tobacco products. Sweet tobacco is a great store with great quality and affordability, I sincerely regret my former post. Just got mad 😠, I will continue to do business with Sweet
Im never disappointed when I go into this shop. The girls and guy are always so friendly and knowledgeable. Im not a vaper or smoker however my husband is and I never know what Im looking for. If it wasnt for the people there I would be lost. Aside from be so helpful and patient with me this store is always so clean and I love the new snack selections they have also. Recommend 10/10.
Cashiers are very friendly and polite. And they have good prices. You can find just about anything you are looking for. I would recommend this store.
The very 1st time I stopped here they were friendly and helpful. The 2nd time I stopped the person working the register was very rude and not helpful at all. Tonight, my husband went in and he was told they weren't excepting cash. We will NEVER go there again. I don't recommend this place. The customer service is awful. I don't normally give bad reviews.
Walk into this place amd its so dark and depressing looking. all the staff there has zero knowledge of anything smoke related. Staff is lazy and not helpful at all they just sit on their phones and point to things instead of actually helping. i would never recommend this mediocre place to nobody. never coming back here again.
