Best shopping experience ever. I could name everyone there, because they’re that nice and it’s worth learning their names! So much kindness exudes from these people. They’re knowledgable and so unbelievably kind. Leaving a bad review, probably means you’re just a bad person. Everyone here is a sweetheart, if you have a bad experience, that’s really your fault, not theirs.

I was a difficult, confused, and not very knowledgeable customer, but the staff were wonderful. Only one person solved the problem I was having, but I was very pleased with the service I received from ALL three people who assisted me. I felt very well cared for. They talked to me like they would a friend, made exceptions from their normal policy for me, and generally did all they could to make sure I walked out happy. Manager - you've got a good team working for you. Thanks guys! I will be back. :)

Worst customer service, told me I couldn’t get a vape replaced that I bought less then 24hours ago, proceeded to tell me that’s why they ask to open them before you leave. I decided to get another one and asked politely do I need to open this one before I leave. The gal said no there’s no need. So what is it then? Cameron that works here was very rude she even pretty much threw my change at me. Will never go back.
