Went in without pretty fast but not so fast where I didn't get a ticket for parking in the back I swear there's people that don't even work for the parking police for hamtramck cuz they're on you like you park and somebody's giving you a ticket like where do they even come from I was only in the store for like 5 minutes at the max like I went in went around the block went in bought my item and came back out and ended up having a ticket like I swear like the hamtramck Police hand out little booklets to workers or like everybody that has it owns a building over there and like if they see somebody parked they right out the ticket cuz there's no way hamtramck Police department tickets can be just on you like that like where where they even come from but the store was awesome

Best shop on Joesph Campau!! Staff is always AMAZING. Some household and food items on top of whatever the Smokers Choice is.

Zero star customer service. I don't usually write reviews especially bad ones. I've been going here for some years, but today was my last time going there for anything. I stopped in to look at their cigar selection and planned on purchasing 5+ quality cigars for the weekend. Then a man who I can only assume was the owner or manager proceeds to cut me off on my way to the walk in after an employee said I could look, saying "all their premium cigars are in the front" and "the walk-in was just storage and I'm not allowed to look". Mind you, I have purchased sticks there several times, and they have many more in the walk-in that I wanted to browse specifically. The "premium" ones in the mini humidor are stale as all hell, nor do they have half of the sticks in the walk-in. He was just trying to rip me off. Don't waste your time or money. Go somewhere with better customer service and a wider selection.

I went in to get my dad a cigar to go with his Christmas present. Person behind the counter was rude and racist. If you're black, stay away. He stood over me in the humidor but had no knowledge of the products. Then yelled at me to choose one from behind the counter. I left.

Was great! Ordered $250+ on any given order every couple months, over the past year and a half, and all of a sudden they stop don't deliver to Michigan anymore. Thanks for leaving me high and dry. Religiously bought from them. Extremely disappointed.
