Everyone working there is friendly, helpful, positive, knowledgeable, accommodating and great service... I miss Josh, but the good news is Connor, the ladies, newer guy & manager Brandy are top notch!

I feel so horrible because I can’t remember his name but the man with tattoos who works here is absolutely amazing he made so many wonderful suggestions and walked me through how every device for my specific smoking needs would recommend this place to anyone if you want to go somewhere and actually be helped through the process 10/10

If I could put 0 stars I would. They are openly selling “ feel free drinks” ON THE COUNTER!!! that are known as “gas station crack” for a reason. When I kindly ask them, if they knew anything about their product, she confirmed that she is very educated and make sure to educate others about the use of this product. Meaning, they know that this product has multiple lawsuits out for them because of the addiction chemicals in this product KILLING PEOPLE AND FAMILIES. they are completely open to selling but not open when customers show concern. Very rude and disappointing and will not be returning.

the absolute worst service, I was sold a defective battery that never once turned on, returned 30 minutes later and absolutely nothing was done. Waste of my time and money. This place will never get another dollar from me or anyone that I know.

Do not buy any glass from here, cheap bullshit that breaks the next day. I bought this piece just yesterday and as I went to heat it up it completely shattered at the end. The glass holding the metal tip is not thick it is extremely thin. I do not wish to spend anymore money here so I decline the offer of a "discount".
