Wild Bill's Tobacco

This was my first time going into this store. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store. Jonathan and Gabby were very friendly and nice. Both were very knowledgeable about the store and all the products. I will definitely be back.

After searching my area, over 3 counties for certain items I stumbled on Wild Bill's right next to a Walmart I shop at. I use Kratom for Chronic Pain and they had a great selection of products, equivalent to online stores. With a lot less B.S. to deal with. The CSR "Runsey" I dealt with was informed, educated and Professional to say the least... I was Very impressed and pleased with this store ! And Runsey... My new go to place for tobacco and other needs. 1 Clean 2 Organized 3 Close by 4 Professional staff and 5 Great prices... There's your 5 ⭐ rating

Staff rude. 7° outside, windchill -15. Was told that new policy changes would not allow me to wait inside for the bus to come pick me up (i doubt the validity of that claim). Told me to wait elsewhere. Problem with that is I use a walker and couldn't have made it to the opposite end of the plaza. Very very rude to a customer that had just spent $80 in their store. I'd been a customer since they opened that store. I will not be back. Edit: I will not be responding by private email. Save for an employee or two this store has fallen short of customer service since it opened. I've always had issues with the manager over various issues that have arisen on occasion. I'm done. I'll take my business elsewhere.
