I am in absolute love with this location. I was dashing and it was slow so I stopped in early morning to browse around and kill time and then a second t ime afterwards to buy some things I had seen. Diane was in during the morning and she was the loveliest ever (they both definitely were) we stood and talked for a while just about some of the products some personal experience and just had an amazing experience and she was so sweet. During my afternoon visit Brenda was in the store and she was absolutely amazing. She had such a good sense of humor and absolutely made my day. I’m pretty sure this is going to be THE location I go to for anything and everything I ever need. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I've been going to this place for a couple years now, usually really great service and products. Today I went and the lady was pretty short with me (I continued to be polite regardless) then when I got home I weighed what she gave me and had less than half of what I should've had. This has happened twice now with this lady so I guess they'll be losing a pretty loyal customer now. Paying twice as much as what a product is worth is not sustainable in this economy

I have been a customer for about two years. This store seems to go through employees. Over the two years they all have been friendly, helpful and always had what I needed. Until recently…the current older lady is unfriendly, confused, and seems unable to keep product in stock. Each time she has to pull out a pencil and paper and calculator to write down the cost and add it on the paper. I don’t understand how after two years my order cannot be rung through the register. And why she cannot seem to keep my brand of cigarettes in stock. Hopefully she will not last long, like all the other employees, but as long as she is there, I will find a new smoke shop to spend my money at.

We walked the Ishpeming location. Was in there ten minutes. Ignored by the cashier so we finally walked out. Great service.

would NOT suggest this place. My experience here STARTED AMAZING but quickly turned around. My wife and I stopped in last night for the very first time looking for a coil for my uwell caliburn. They did not have one in store. However the young man ( longer hair dyed very cool color) had such amazing service we ended up spending over 100 bucks on new vapes and accessories. I was so happy with the service I didn't mind spending more than I would at wild bills. Well my Boulder vape was defective in a way that it didn't work all the time AND WHEN IT DID you either got hardly anything at all OR it was puffing like coal train. So my wife went back today less than 12 hours later to exchange the busted 16 dollar vape and the woman told her they do not do refunds and can not exchange it beause it had been used. What the worker did offer was to order a coil for my old caliburn vape and we could pay for when it arrives. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!? I guess I will continue my routine I've had for the last year and keep on going to Wild Bills. I don't want a refund but as a long time customer service representative myself, it would be nice if they at least TRIED to help resolve the BROKEN product they sold me a few hours ago. I just left wild bills and not only did they have good service they also had my coils IN STORE FOR CHEAPER than willd willd west in Ishpeming. I guess I will use the new defective vape as a conversion peice on the coffee table to share my experience with my guests.
