Despite issues with product, because I know the management and associates have no control over what they can and cannot get, this crew does an excellent job. They care deeply about their customers and genuinely love helping folks find exactly what they need. They do their best mitigating issues with the product they do not receive and recommend the best products from what's available. Keep keeping on, homies! You're doing great ❤️

Mason and Scott were extremely helpful, patient and helping me find what I needed. I always shop at this Wild Bills because of their excellent customer service.

Okay, SO. I happened to be in Grand Rapids on business (l reside in Charlotte Mi.) And on a whim, decided to stop into the nearest Wild Bill's, and, I'm SO glad that l did. As soon as I entered the store, l was enthusiastically, and most cheerfully, greeted by Emily. She was all smiles, and extremely happy to welcome me to the store. I'm a cigar enthusiast so, not having ever been to this location, l headed straight to the humidor room, and was immediately OVERWHELMED by the HUGE selection of premium cigars! Seriously, this store had a MUCH bigger, and NICER selection, then ANY other W.B. that l had been to before (and I've been to a LOT of them!) Emily stepped in, asked me if l needed any "help", and proceeded to tell me about all of the great "specials" that they had going on. She was extremely helpful in assisting me in making my final selections, and, I'd like to thank her here again for all of her help with that, just a super sweet young lady! In fact, the atmosphere of the whole store was just so inviting and just so, NICE! The Lansing Mi. stores while cool, simply don't compare. So much so, that as l told her, I'll ABSOLUTELY be making future trips all the way back to G. R. to get more. Even though l didn't have a lot of time, I had such a wonderful experience, that l knew I was going to have to tell about it. Courteously, helpfully, and professionally, THAT'S how a good representative/salesperson gets it done! I used to go to the store in benton harbor but moved to closer to paw paw. I been going there since they opened around 2022. I always get good service. They always have the product I'm looking for and rarely are thier any waiting times as they are adequately staffed. This store is top notch and always clean. Definitely has my approval.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced it’s Sunday at 2:21 pm I’m at the location 4551 28th st! The reward system is down once again. But that’s not why I’m writing this review. It’s the lack of I’m sorry would be nice, this did with brown long hair in a pony tail shrugged his shoulders said it was done NO I’m sorry. Ever other location would be very apologetic write my email on the receipt and say they r sorry and they will email them to corporate. I actually asked if he was going to do that. He said no they Aren’t doing that “not to his knowledge” was his exact words. I visit these store frequently. Probably the worst customer service and lack of caring for the business I’ve ever encountered! I’m beyond pissed right now! I will never be back to this location! Get it together 4551 28th st.
