I've have known the owner for years and years he is family to me! I love the girl that works there she is so nice and to the girl who body shamed her Alisa Taylor the girl that works there had family issues that day that you didn't know nothing about. Remember it's free to be kind because you don't know what others are going thru And no way would she leave a customer waiting for 30 mins lmfaoooo you funny but also there is alot of other smoke shops u can go to if u don't like that one just saying

Over the last month I have purchased 3 breeze prime vapes that were defective from this store. I have never had an issue with one previous to this and I’ve been using them for almost 2 years. I’m not saying it’s the shop’s fault but I know there are knock-offs out there. Maybe it’s coincidence that all three that I’ve ever had any trouble with came from this shop. They did replace one of them for me, but he told me not to buy them anymore and I told them I would not be purchasing another vape from them. Personally thought he should’ve replaced the one that happened recently, especially since this is the second time in a week and a half, but he would not. I’m just warning people not to buy vapes from them.

For the smoke shop, and the owner I assume, 5 stars easily. I live 20 mins away, have a smoke shop literally by me at the corner and I still come here. I noticed when I buy them at the smoke shop by me, the vapes give me heart palpitations and only last a couple of days which lead me to believe they are NOT authentic. The ones from here always last me at least a week, but typically even more depending how much I use it which is fairly often; and I never get heart palpitations or anything from them. The owner is super friendly and helpful as well, just a great place to go. BUT......here's where the star deduction comes from. Again, hands down, this shop gets 5 stars from me but I want to get the owners attention and with my work hours and how far away I live, I would probably have to come numerous times to catch him and tell him in person so this is easier. PLUS, I would imagine I'm not the only one who has this opinion and maybe they will speak up now too. I give 1 STAR for the slightly big boned woman that works here. That one star is because she is friendly, other than that, she needs to be fired and have a wake up call (which she will be more than happy to answer) pun intended. EVERY SINGLE TIME she is working, she is on her phone, and it takes precedence over her job or customers. I am now at the point that it is so frustrating, rude, and unprofessional that if I walk in again and she is working, I will just leave and go somewhere else that day. There was a time she even left me standing there for over 30 minutes while she took a call from her kids school, and then her dad immediately afterwards instead of ignoring the call and waiting on me, and then calling him back. Ive sat there and listened to many extremely personal details about her own and her family members lives, which isn't very safe/smart, and I'm sure they wouldn't appreciate either. Tonight I listened to her talk to her daughter, which, by all the details she gave during their convo, I know a general area of where she lives (walking distance to O'Brians) because of that call. I listened as I stood there twittling my thumbs while she walked away from me numerous times and went to the back area to talk instead of being attentive to me. She even could have potentially lost the shop some money tonight because of them spectacular calls. A customer walked in and needed something, and she was too busy on the phone. I made sure to tell him she was in the back on her phone like always, and to give her a minute SMH. This stuff has happened so many times now, that if she isn't let go, then I'm going to just have to start going elsewhere because I don't want to take the chance of driving all that way, only to stand around 30 minutes waiting on her to decide when it is and isn't convenient enough for her to help me. End of rant! So yeah, other than her, this place rocks ❤️

I called to ask if they sale breeze mint and the lady answered my call and when I ask how much is it to hang up to my face that’s was rude and bad customer service I asked for the price so I don’t drive 30min away and it’s expensive . I really don’t recommend them .
