No complaints really, I was told the Menominee store sells cigarettes a5 less than other stores. Unfortunately they do not sell my husband's brand (Paulmall's) store was clean, & worker was very nice! This store gets 5 stars. Came back to mqt & tried the one here, again very clean, & lots of items to pick from. On a plus note I overheard that they have a military discount. Guy at the counter was bummed as he wasn't military. So he couldn't get the discount. I spoke up and said I am, & give him my discount. So the lady did. This guy was so happy! The only thing I did not like was when i had passed a guy leaving I got the strongest wife of pot. & I don't particularly like the smell. Thankfully the store didn't smell. I overheard another conversation while I waited my turn. I guess the guy was looking for a specific glass item & was told he would have to have it custom made by their glass artist. Who wasn't cheap. He should always have some of the more popular items on the shelf. In the end the guy said he'd look elsewhere & just buy someplace else. As far as courtesy, cleanliness, knowledge, & if your into it a wide assortment of item 5 stars all the way.

The best part of the shop is not just their great prices, but very kind, & friendly gals, that have excellent customer skills. A small place with everything you need & if they don't carry it, they even try to get it for you. I truly appreciate shops like this!

Great experience. Kind, courteous, knowledgeable and thoughtful service. Unsure of what I needed to fulfill my particular criteria when I walked through the door. Awesome clerk, intuitively, asked me questions that winnowed down the plethora of choices available; to exactly what I needed. Highly recommended.

Not a bad selection, But the customer service is lacking. Offered to show my ID and the woman at the counter responded with "Okay?" As if she didnt care if I was underaged. I bought a bong and she had 0 idea how to wrap it. She ended up chipping it and I had to take it from her and wrap it myself. Like, how do you not know how to wrap a bong if you work in a head shop?!?!

I go here often and normally have a great experience but today the GIRL was rude, dismissive, and not helpful. My husband asked about a grinder and was very rudely told "I don't know"?!? Normally I wouldn't post this stuff but my husband, who is the most even tempered, nice as hell guy and he was completely offended. And as I said it's normally super nice, helpful, and personable. We love this place.
