This team is always been great and amazing. I ask any associate to order me a box of cigars and they have them for me the next week. They always get the newest cigars and tell me about some of them that I don't know about. Great deals and perfect customer service. Will always be a repeat customer.

Very nice owner. Store is clean and neat. Tobacco is fresh. Love love love the candles and wax melts. They fit beautifully in my holiday gift boxes.

Nick is a gentleman and a scholar, I go through so many wild bills throughout the state and most are your casual polite friendly and informative.... Nick was all that but on top of that it was a gentleman and a scholar, very informative and really helpful. I made a purchase walked out the door, walk back in and knowingly grab something from the exact same cabinet. Being that I work in customer service I know how annoying that can be, Nick was bomb pool collective and greatly appreciate it!

I previously gave this store a 5-star rating, but after my experience today I felt it was necessary to update it. During my visit, I asked a staff member about a product that was being sold in the store. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—simply what the product does and what its typical purpose or use might be. I was told they were not allowed to discuss it “by law.” From a customer service standpoint, this was very concerning. If a store is comfortable selling a product to its customers, it should also be comfortable providing basic information about what that product is intended for, how it is commonly used, and any potential considerations or risks. Customers should not have to purchase something without understanding its purpose. Not being able to provide even general information about a product that is openly displayed for sale creates confusion and undermines customer trust. It also raises questions about whether profit is being prioritized over responsible customer guidance. In my opinion, if a product cannot be discussed openly—its purpose, pros, cons, or general usage—then it may be worth reconsidering whether it should be carried in the store at all. Transparency and informed customers are essential parts of good service and quality retail practices. I hope the business reconsiders this policy, because clear communication and knowledgeable staff are important parts of a positive customer experience. Would love to know the MCL or so called law that prevents one from explaining such ? Do better this is sad
