Great service. I felt welcomed there and the staff truly wanted to help. They were very friendly and helpful giving recommendations and offering assistance.

Donavan and Mel are wonderful! They always take such good care of me when I stop in, always very on point with recommendations for flavors and brands. They make going in a pleasant experience every single time!

I can almost always guarantee 💯 that this location is stocked with what I need when I need it. That's helpful considering that this is the closest branch to where I'm currently at during the winter and that's a little over a 20-minute drive one way to get there, so it'd be incredibly disappointing and inconvenient if it were the latter of circumstances, which is why I'm more than happy to boast on the pride I have for this location and their reliable stocked items (**re: Boosted Kratom products) and the sigh of relief of the friendly staff. That is a group of individuals that love their job, and their customer service etiquette is top-notch!

Love this place! Customer service is top tier. Prices are so much better than trying to grab a breeze from a gas station and the deals are amazing. Skyline has the same amount of flavor and more puffs than a breeze and half the price. Highly suggest.

The only shop I go for what I need. The staff are all very nice. I'd give the store 5 stars, but that driveway is as bad as the city of Owosso streets, horrendous. Whoever owns that property needs to fix it the right way and not just patch it. That is the ONLY thing I dislike about my experience there
