Brian and Marcus were professional and kind. The selection of hookah products were of quality, not quantity, which I liked. Brian educated me on things I did not know when it came to hookah products and tobacco. Great service with a smile.

Went in for vape juice and 90% of their selection was very dusty and expired in 2024 (it’s November 2025) the manager decided to lie when confronted and said they get delivered expired which even if that was the case refuse the order and send it back pathetic excuse for a shop really only worth your time if you are underage/have no valid id.

As a result of misdirection, they cost me $45. I went for an exchange, he gave me one of the items that would go to the trash and he was like I'm giving it to you as a gift, they said you couldn't get a product return. Also None of the machines they gave me were not working. They said they wouldn't get a refund when I took it. They didn't say anything like that when they bought it. Total money trap. Their products are fake and they don't care about customer satisfaction..
