I have had nothing but amazing experiences coming to this store being new to town! Angelica is seriously the sweetest person, she always has a smile and willing to help with anything you need! Coming into the store and seeing her face makes me feel like I instantly have a friend to help me out! All the employees are very kind as well, always welcoming well having great knowledge of their products!

The staff is so friendly and they have a great selection of quality cigars that's always well-stocked. Angelica especially is outstanding! She keeps me informed about deals and specials and helps ensure my favorite cigars are always in stock. She's always smiling and provides great customer service.

I love this store! The staff is friendly and extremely helpful Angelica is very knowledgeable on the cigars bought a box and 6 free sticks!!! She is just amazing and I think she deserves to run the store. She warms my heart every conversation we have And miles was so helpful that I even went home to figure out how to use a water pipe!! I highly recommend anyone to go here if you want to feel at home 😊

Every time I go into the store, the sales lady , Angelica, greets me with the biggest smile and a warm welcome. She’s very knowledgeable with the products in the store and makes great recommendations on products I have no clue about. I had no clue there was a deodorizer specifically catered to getting rid of the smoke smell, with her recommendation, Dragon’s Breath is my favorite deodorizer. Great Sales Team!!!!

I would love to give this store five stars, but my conscience won’t let me. The team here is truly outstanding. Miles is incredibly knowledgeable, Angelica is always so helpful, Emily is kind and caring, and Noah greets every customer with a smile. The store itself is always spotless and well-stocked, which speaks to the pride they take in their work. However, I can only give this business two stars because these exceptional employees are being treated unfairly. They are clearly overworked and underpaid, and it’s disheartening to see such dedicated people not receive the respect or compensation they deserve. I’ve witnessed them stay calm and kind even when faced with rude or aggressive customers — their professionalism is remarkable. It’s especially troubling to see how some of the women on staff have to deal with inappropriate behavior from customers, and from what I’ve observed, management doesn’t seem to take these issues seriously. My husband and I have been shopping here for over three years, and while this current team is by far the best we’ve seen, whoever is overseeing this location is failing them badly. These employees deserve better, and something truly needs to change.
