The owner and the staff were extremely helpful & nice. We purchased an item and left without a receipt for our warrenty. Within 2 days the boss personally reached out and handled our situation with no questions or problems.

Nice smoke shop. Competitive prices. Only thing is, they most likely do not have mint breeze. It’s like a rare pokemon for these guys. But still nice place overall.

Loud tv. Asked a price on something and the dude seemed really inconvenienced. Told me the price was 24 bucks for something normal around 16 tops. The price is what it is, it’s just the fact the guy was literally annoyed for simply asking a price that wasn’t listed.

I was there at 2:00 on 11/13 employee was disrespectful and rude when asking questions. I might not be back because this wasn’t the first time this happened with the same employee.

If I could give this place zero stars I would for various reasons. Let’s start out by when your place of business says you open at 9am I would assume the doors would be open at 9am ready for you to serve customers. Not walking up to the door at 9:04 telling a customer they need to wait outside. You should be INSIDE, DOORS OPEN ready to go! Also everything is dusty, expired and gross. Just go to wild bills down the street. They have great customer service, non expired products and open when they say. (: — Your response just shows your level of maturity and also proves a lot of these other reviews left of your poor customer service and ignorance is accurate. How sad for a business owner.. I wish you well.
