Cloud 9 Mile Tobacco & Vape

I’m honestly really disappointed with Cloud 9 Smoke Shop. I used to come here all the time mainly because of Arina , she was the best employee they had. She knew every product to a T, never had an issue, and always made sure customers left happy. She even went as far as checking the quality of the leaf wraps before letting us walk out and would swap them out if they weren’t up to standard. What really turned me off was how the owner treated her in front of customers, yelling and getting in her face right before she was fired. It was completely unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch. I actually stopped going after that. I recently ran into Areena at her new job and found out they told her business was bad and they couldn’t afford her anymore… yet they hired someone new right after she left. That says a lot. The products themselves are still good, but losing someone who genuinely cared about customers and knew the business inside out really brought the place down. Won’t be coming back.

I'm giving a 2* because I went there tonight after work asked for the cheapest vape and the younger girl (I assume was Mexican or Puerto Rican gave me nic salt NOT a vape. I think I'm to trusting cuz I didn't't need it till I got home and boom bam, wouldn't you know I have no vape. I can't do anything with NIC salt. She was very sweet and is so nice and sweet to customers. I don't have a paper receipt but can I get a actual vape? I can show the receipt on my phone???!I wanted the first in pic but got the last 2. Should have checked before I left. My first time in this store.. normally go to the one next door due to better pricing.

This smoke shop is an absolute gem! The selection is top-notch, offering everything you could need, from high quality products to unique finds. What truly sets it apart is the owner. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping customers. They take the time to ensure you leave with exactly what you’re looking for, making every visit a great experience. No one has ever made my mix the way the owner makes it. Perfect. Highly recommend stopping by!

Nice smoke shop clean friendly service only thing I would suggest is to change the hours because they were closed when I got there and said it was open

Amazing Customer Service!! This shop is full and has so many items on shelves. My favorite is their orange heads.. So fresh and made with love. This my go2spot From Now on! Owner is very nice and love’s communicating with his customers.
