"I am absolutely appalled by the state of this smoke shop location. It's a complete embarrassment compared to the others. The shelves were practically bare, and they were missing so many products listed on their Google pictures. It's clear this location is being completely neglected, and it's costing them serious business. I watched three customers walk out empty-handed because they didn't have what they needed in stock. It's infuriating because with a little effort, this place could be thriving like the others. The poor girl working the counter deserves so much better than to have to apologize for the owner's blatant disregard for this location. They should at least have up-to-date vapes, as new ones are coming out every day, and they are still selling stock from two years ago. It's unacceptable."

I trusted one of the employees when he said to buy the Puffco device and after a couple uses I couldn’t clean it, I tried alcohol with q tips and toothpicks and everything I could think of but the q tip fuzz got stuck in there and it is legit impossible to clean. I took it back today saying I used it for a couple days, and I’d like store credit instead of a return because it’s used, but I’m unhappy. The cashier texted the manager and kept saying he won’t allow it because it’s opened and used. I explained the store isn’t refunding me, but I just don’t want this product anymore in exchange for something else. The manager - who doesn’t even show up to the store by the way - was just worried about making money and doesn’t care about customer happiness. I used to come here for years for vapes and then they jacked up the prices, so I went to the gas station next door. This is my first experience back after 2 years of not being a customer, and I’m glad they reminded me why I don’t shop there. Their only concern is money, and it’s obvious. Typical for these types of managers, but disappointing nonetheless. EDIT: the owner replied below, stating that my product was “too used up”. Obviously he didn’t read my review, because it clearly states I used it only a couple times before it was impossible to use. That’s why I tried turning it. Secondly, this proves the business is only focused on money and not customer satisfaction. They’re upset they have a bad review, and want to brush it off, but still ignoring the issue. I wouldn’t expect anything else from Drip, and that’s why I STOPPED going there years ago. Of course they still disappoint me after coming back to buy ONE thing after years. They owner wants to talk about scams, but he’s the one scamming his customers 😂 poor place of business, but what do you expect in THAT plaza?
