I purchased a glass pipe made by ooze, normally very good product but due to heat getting to the inside where there is a rubber piece holding it together while trying to remove the rubber piece that is there so the 2 glass pieces dont hit each other and brake the plastic had melted to the 2 glass pieces and both broke while trying to open package. Next time I'll open the product inside the store Very polite and professional I dont blame them. Stuff just happens sometimes

Went in there today May 3, 2025 and the man, I believe he is the owner was extremely rude. He acted like he couldn't be bothered with asking questions. Asked if I could split a payment with part cash and part card because I forgot my main card at home he refused and gave me the nastiest look. He then snatched the item I was trying to purchase off the counter and put them. Very Rude. Horrible Vibes. Will never return. There was too many other shops with way better prices and nicer staff.

He had two packs on shelf, I asked for them, he said no one, one is good. I said i would like them both, there is a discount on 2. He said no. He said he needed for other customers. He was crude and rude and lost a long time customer. Not my fault you run out of stock. Horrible expirence.

Sam runs a great shop here. His prices are beyond fair, has a nice humidor, and has a good selection of cloves. His smoking paraphernalia is priced great, small selection of beer and now they’re adding wine. Great staff here. Megan is awesome and always a delight. Love this shop.
