Hutch Tobacco & Cigars

I usually don’t expect to go to a smoke shop and leave impressed. Just popped in to see what cigar selection they’re rocking and they’re the best in town. Carrying some good specialty sticks. Prices aren’t great in the humidor but not more than $2 more than what you’d pay elsewhere. Mainly impressed by how friendly, relaxed and hometown-y it felt. The staff and patrons seemed great.

Max was amazing!! Very helpful and answered all of my questions with patience and grace! I appreciated my experience at the store!

I have been a regular customer at this location for years and am very happy to report that my favorite aspect of my experiences there have been the workers who provide a welcoming environment and a super relaxed chill vibe. They have always had a selection of products to cover my needs and interests, and I can say that for at least what I am there for, the price to value has been pleasant to where I suspect I will continue being a returning customer going forward. Cheers to the crew there, that is the A number 1 attribute of the store that keeps me coming back, here's hoping they're all having a rad day!

My parents absolutely love this place. They always have my moms tobacco and their favorite tubes and never run out. They currently have a sale going on for the cig machine, because my parents, "roll" their cigarettes, so instead of fighting over it, they're getting another one. They're never busy, but they do close at 8 pm because of Covid and you're still required to wear a mask. I absolute LOVE their collection of knives and little trinkets, even though I don't smoke.

Sometimes I go here, sometimes I go to Smokes 4 Less downtown. I won’t be visiting Hutch Tobacco any longer after my recent experience. I purchased one of their clearance disposable vapes, used it for 2 days, and the coil burnt out. I called and asked if they would give me credit towards an exchange, and they said the best they could do is 10% off a new vape. That’s hilariously bad customer service. From now on my money will be going to Smokes 4 Less downtown. Shame, because I actually liked the workers here. A bigger shame though, they are okay with selling bad product and then not making it right with their customers.
