Very rude staff.. I almost jumped across the counter and punched the guy in his face.. This used to be my go to shop until ownership was changed.. Now the prices of tobacco bags have skyrocketed...

Don’t shop here- I called to ask a question about what brands of herbal cigs they sell and got bitched out for asking? Staff is super rude. I’m never shopping here.

Told me my service dog smelled after shaking a bag of some sort at him(water bottles maybe). Guy waiting at the register had poop stains on his pants and they hassled a trained and registered service dog. Not ADA compliant as a business, rude, and unnecessary for the community. The kids out front getting people to buy things for them in the store because they are under 21 should be investigated too. Unsafe.

I gave this place a one-star rating, and let me tell you, it’s absolutely warranted! My boyfriend and his friend were kicked out for supposedly ‘taking too long,’ but that’s a complete joke. He simply went in to make a purchase, and the staff member was completely out of line. This worker was not only rude but also seemed ready to throw hands for no reason! My boyfriend was just trying to be nice and pick something up for me.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable and frankly shocking. Our friend shops there every day, and it’s clear that the staff is more concerned about their cigarette break than treating customers right. I’m beyond disappointed and infuriated. Do NOT recommend this place at all!
