Their machine is weird and charged me twice for a product when trying to issue a refund. But a few days later the charges were gone from my account. So not sure what they did to issue the refund but it worked. The owner took the time to message me when I wrote a review about my problem- and for that- they get 5 stars from me. It’s hard to find places that would take the time to do that. They also charge 15$ more than other shops for the pulse geek bar. I bought the better version of geek bar pulse X for 5$ cheaper than the generic pulse geek bar vape;-; the loon is also in uptown so I’m really confused on the pricing. BUT they said that they will match prices in the future as long as I just let them know. GREAT customer service-but be aware of the cost of your usual buys.

The staff is top notch, and the owner as well. They are all so knowledgeable and helpful you will find what you need and possibly learn a thing or two along the way. If they don't have it they will special order it for you. Cheapest prices in the state (from my understanding the lowest prices allowed to charge). They have just moved to a nice new spot and will soon offer food besides their current offerings and cold drinks. Go in and strike up a conversation you won't regret it, and won't want to buy from the corporate big stores that just want to get you sold and to the exit.

There's nothing bad to say about this shop!! Always organized and clean. Whatever you're looking for they will have. The gentlemen who helped me was not only INCREDIBLY KNOWLEDGABLE in all the products, but I witnessed him helping another customer, who had broken supplies from another shop, FOR FREE. They know those who come in by name and will make sure you leave happy. I've been here multiple times, and drive 40 min to do so, and have always left with what I needed- whether supplies or CBD. Great place, hands down.

The location is lacking in square footage, and selection suffers because of this. The prices for certain items such as vapes I thought to be outrageous. My example would be the Loon Black Ice vape which set me back about $26 after taxes! I usually find this brand in the $18-$22 range after taxes. The staff was aware and greeted me as soon as I walked in and any questions I had were answered promptly and store and product knowledge was good to great.

Both times I’ve went in they are so rude and if you ask any type of question they get more rude. Today went in to get glass screens for a bowl the sign says 2/$2 this man charges me $4.75 for two screens then gets mad when I tell him he over charged me. Like most smoke shop employees are super cool and have good vibes. These people are always rude and mad.
