Always my go-to place in town. Seems to have the biggest selection, cleanest store and friendly staff. The manager is always a down to earth friendly gal. I guess my only "complaint" would be teaching the staff common terms for products. I came in one time looking for a 510 battery. There was a younger gal in the store at the time and she had no idea what I was talking about. To be fair I didn't even know what it was, tried to describe it but I ended up leaving and getting a battery at another store. To be fair it's partially my fault, had I known what exactly I was looking for and/or I brought in a picture I'm sure the staff member could have helped me. Though later on I found out 510 batteries are super common so she "should" have known what it was. Smoke n' Cloud does have plenty of 510 batteries in stock! Was in the other day and saw some. Good store, will be back in again.

I had a pleasant experience here today. The nice staff was knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all of the customer questions. And gave suggestions to everyone in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this shop.
