Spoke to the boss this morning she was incredibly rude she must of had a bad Christmas still wish her the best, all I had was a simple question about the REGEN YOCAN , I was sold the wrong coils yesterday night for my pen armor yocan pen and now I'm scared to go back and get a refund , she might bite my head off for showing up and now I have a 5pack useless coils for a product I don't use. Maybe you will have better luck here.

Owner acts like high school girl, ismt very friendly. manager doesn't train any employees just expects them to know (sister is x-employee)

Frequently stopped before the expansion. Prices were good. I quit shopping there because the older manager. Short blonde hair made me uncomfortable every time ide come in. Complaining to me about customers and personal life. After the expansion i went back hoping she not longer worked there. She still does and the prices have gone through the roof. I avoid this place and get my smokes from thr gas stations which are $1 less a pack.

First time being there today. We were looking to buy in bulk, like quite a few vapes. None of the prices were listed next to them so we asked questions which seemed to be an inconvenience to the older blonde lady working. Just a nasty vibe, and acted same way toward another kid that came in after us. Decided to take our money elsewhere to the little Rock Creek gas station off the freeway. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE ROCK CREEK PLACE OVER HERE EVEN IF THE SELECTION IS 1/4 OF PINE CITIES!! They answered our questions RESPECTFULLY. Won't return to Pine City for bulk buys. Maybe if we KNEW someone else would 100% be working, then yes.
