I've been here a handful of times and the staff are always super chill and really nice. I don't know where the people saying their prices are high are shopping. They have below market prices on the items I purchased. Other places I shop have the same inventory marked up 50% to 200% higher. Wish I lived closer. I'd come here more often. Nice little spot.

Good selection, priced higher now due to tariffs, they have several top name disposable vapes. Nexus is best value @ 40 with tax for 50k puffs... check your receipt before leaving store as I had to go back for double rung item. I requested the product verses refund.

This is one of the best stores in the Country as far as I’m concerned. I always look forward to flying into Rochester area & I alway go and see what you have new in VL - The strength and quality of this Brand is unbelievable, especially the Moon Rock! I called to talk to the Sales Rep there and this guy Alan was so refreshing, such a great person and he went above and beyond for me. I found out about VL from you & I will always come to your store when I’m in town. The new HHC Dabs & that E-Liquid is amazing. And you carry so many Pre-Rolls as well; but I was so excited to get the THC-O 2gram VL Moon Rock Pre-Roll and next time I came in, you had HHC and those are out of this world. Your staff is amazing, your selection is amazing and you carry all the best stuff, I look for high quality and high strength and you definitely have that covered! They asked me if i need to test my vape before i leave, i said okay i bought 2 different vapes and i paid for it, infront of him i tested my vapes one is perfect fine the other vape is not easy to buff i told him its bad and diffently has manufacturer defect!! He said i can't replace it for you!! And all of that was infront of the staff!! And its even expensive compared to the other smoke shops around. Hope this will help someone else. For sure we are not coming back. Edit after your reply: I dont know about your sale and i didn't ask for it! I asked for return of bad vape tested in your store infront of you guys and i didn't use bad language ever and that is not my attitude or how i have been raised! I'm just complaining about your customers services, other stores offer us free vape after several purchases and even cheaper than you -away cheaper i could paste the receipt on here! You guys treated me bad and started talking to the next person on the queue before even i leave- you were just kicked me out of your store.
