If I could give them a negative score I would. Spent $22 on a Scorch lighter, which I love and they are usually very good. Within 1 week it just quit working. I tried to exchange it, didnt even want my money back just an exchange, but there was 'nothing they can do about'. Wont refund, wont exchange, wouldnt even direct to Scorch for service! And rude the whole time talking to me like I was just a dumb female who didnt know anything like I was 'beneath' him. Will NEVER EVER shop there again! Grade F-------
