St. Francis Smoke Shop

I have gone into this establishment multiple times, and every time I am greeted with a friendly face and a warm welcome. I purchased a device that within two days stopped working, I returned to the shop and was immediately helped and received a free exchange. Any questions or concerns that I have had have been answered and helped! Such wonderful customer service! It’s always the same man in there, I believe he goes by Joe and he is simply wonderful! It’s so nice to see real customer service still happening! Thanks, Joe !

I love the staff-they are so friendly and helpful. The store has great eye appeal and a awesome selection. Top of the line:)

Awesome place and he is always so helpful and has some great things!

1) I almost cut my hand when opening the door. There’s quite a bit of broken glass on the door. 2) Needed a thing of mushroom & delta 9 edibles. Compared to other local shops it’s super high priced. 3) Their cigar selection wasn’t too bad but the employee had zero knowledge when I asked what to buy for a bachelor party. He actually told me he’s leaving for a different job soon so come back tomorrow and ask the manager * at least he was honest lol 4) Only 1 brand of delta 9 pre rolls.

I came here for the first time this weekend. The employee was on her cell phone having a personal conversation for well over 10 minutes while there were 4-5 of us in the store. Their landline kept ringing the whole time. Then she complained for almost 10 minutes to the first woman in line that she is the only one that does actual work at her store and all the guys keep peeing on the toilet seat. Took me almost 20 minutes to get 1 pack of smokes. Very unprofessional. Won’t be back. I am writing this again because the previous post was responded to that a female does not work weekends there. It was on 1/4/26 and her name was Anya or Anna. . 🤡🤣. I would advise you know who is working for you. Your store has a broken door/glass. Correct me if I’m wrong!
