I love the staff here. I visit frequently and always have a pleasant experience. The store is clean, well stocked and has a nice variety of products. Forever a customer :)

Business is always handled amazingly in here! Never had a problem with any person behind the counter, they're always friendly and very helpful. 10/10 Recommend!

I went to Vapor Zone today to buy myself a vape. This was my first time buying one, because I only ever smoked out of a pipe. No charging etc, old School. I was put back by the Person helping me, he was very condescending and treated me with disrespect, because I didn't use the right words for what I wanted. I explained, but no help answering my questions, even rolling his eyes! If that is how you get treated there as a new Customer, I suggest go someplace else, where you get treated as a paying Customer. I will not be back!

Bought a nic-free vape for a friend here. The good-looking white guy helped me and he found what I needed right away. I wonder if some of the lower reviews came from individuals who were angry that their disrespect towards others wasn't tolerated. Like any retail shop, as long as you're kind and respectful with staff, you'll have a great experience here. I've had only positive encounters with the staff and quality products. Will come to Smokes Vapor Zone again.
