e-Cig Firehouse Smoke Shop

This is the best ecig/vape/cigar store in the Twin Cities, and ive been to many. They carry many different vape juices, varieties of coils and and awesome cigar selection in the walk-in humidor. Rob, the owner, is extremely kind, remembers your name and what you have purchased in the past. The staff behind the counter is very knowledgeable, helpful and appreciative of your business. The store is very clean, safe and the best prices I have found. I dont take time to write reviews too often, but Firehouse deserves it. Dont waste your time at other stores.

Staff was super nice and helpful. A little smaller than their other location over by the city hall, but loved that this location is open until 10!

I don't normally take the time to review establishments. However, this is the first vape/tobacco store I've been inside of in YEARS that had that old school shop vibe to it. The employees were not only friendly but ACTUALLY helpful with suggestions and knowledge of their products, they carried everything i needed as well as many more options, unlike most vape stores that only carry a couple brands, AND had tobacco products I've been unable to find since moving to the twin cities. Absolutely must go if you're looking for a new vape shop, I will be exclusively going here for all of my needs while I am here.

Their counter is filled with warnings telling you not to make eye contact with staff or basically not to talk to them. They have always been too busy speaking to one another to address a customer when I went in.

Buyer beware! This shop sells VERY expired Vapes (ELFBAR brand) without making it clear to the customer they are expired. On Jan 9, I purchased 4 ELFBAR vapes and discovered later they were 18 months and 28 months EXPIRED. I called the shop, spoke to a female who identified herself as the Manager, and I requested a refund. I also pointed out that in the State of MN "Vape shops are NOT allowed to sell expired vapes". She refused to issue me a refund, and then went on to say they WERE allowed to sell expired vapes as long as they tell the customer they're expired, and the customer agrees to purchase an expired product. I told her they certainly did NOT advise me these were expired, nor were they displayed with any signage within the display case indicating these were OLD and expired. This is clearly a case where the business knows they're engaged in deceptive practices and even when challenged, they're unwilling to do the right thing or even back down from defending their deception. Buyer beware.
